At the same time our rubber mixtures are thoroughly tested in our laboratories.
For each compound the following characteristics are tested:
- Compound code
- Elastomer type
- Colour
- Specific gravity (g/cm³) ISO 2781
- Hardness Shore A ISO 7619
- Modulus (MPa) ISO 37
- Tensile strength (MPa) ISO 37
- Tear strength (N/mm) ISO 34-1
- Elongation at break (%) ISO 37
- Abrasion resistance (mm³) ISO 4649
- Compression set (%) ISO 815
